Plowboys BBQ – Blue Springs, MO

We recently visited Plowboys BBQ in Blue Springs, MO and had some great BBQ.  So good in fact we gave them the nod over Jack Stack in our KCFoodGuys KC BBQ Bracket. We recommend the ribs and the pulled pork with the KC Crossroads sauce.  Check it out.
