Mike loves mom & pop resturants and was initially motivated to start the forum to find a great Italian steak sandwich to satisfy his adoring craving for the those served at Wimpy Burger in the 80’s. “My main motivation was to have a forum for discussion and to share fellow Kansas Citians’ favorite foods, dishes, diners, and restaurants,” said Mike Spano. “I enjoy the variety of posts and how the enthusiasm the members have for the discussions and topics. Food and St. Joseph’s Day tables are a big part of my life,” Spano added.
