Back Rack Ribs & Cinder Block Brewery

Recently we visited the Back Rack BBQ food truck parked outside Cinder Block Brewery in North Kansas City.  Unfortunately they had received a big order of ribs that day and were out so we were greatly disappointed by that news.  Luckily the beer served was excellent so we were able to drown our sorrows.  We hope to get a shot at the ribs in the future.  During our visit we were able to sample a few other BBQ items on the menu so take look below at our BBQ experience in North Kansas City.
