We are now down to the Final Four of KC BBQ. After much discussion about our seeding of the tournament it looks like we had the #1 seeds correct as all four #1 seeds made it to the Final Four of the People’s Choice bracket. Although the we did take two #2 seeds into our Final Four bracket. We had Plowboys beating out Jack Stack and S.L.A.P.’s taking out LC’s. Voting for the two finalists will be open until 10pm on March 30th.

Q39 totally kicks Jack Stacks. Lots of places here I haven’t been, but Jack Stacks was a big disappointment after all I had heard about them. Q39 on the other hand we found accidentally, and I can say unequivocally best I have ever had. My husband, the ultimate barbecue connoisseur was blown away by Q39!
