SO 17th & SUMMIT IS AS “NEW” DESTINATION?
WOW…Where have you guys been? The area has been a dining destination for OVER TWENTY YEARS!!!
So did you KCFoodGuys just move to town? Or do you just not get out much.

Really Jack, you can’t tell from the seasoned quality and pithy tenor of the review that Philips knows his way around the local cuisine? 31 postings on this site alone. The word “new” does not diminish those like you who already fathomed it out. But “new” is perfect for those like me, who have dined for decades both deep and wide along the big muddy but didn’t recognize that Summit is an easily overlooked (sic “lessor”) but bona fide homebrew dining district in its own right – if the language alone eludes, then the graphic is equally brilliant in its concise and irrefutable presentation. Sure the map is old news, and others may have seen it first, but kudos to Philips who put the pin so elegantly on the target for everyone to see.
